The Recipe for a Good Life (modify as necessary)

Prep Time: 0-99 years 

Ingredients:

10 cups patience 
10 cups intuition 
8 cups love (incl self-love, the full fat version) 
8 cups strength 
8 cups bravery 
8 cups faith 
6 cups integrity 
6 cups honesty 
5 cups tenacity 
4 cups creativity 
4 cups hard work 
3 cups passion 
3 cups friendship (try to find likeminded ones, wavelength will be important) 
3 cups meditation (or contemplation instead) 
3 cups world travel 
2 cups music 
1 cup movies/cinema (including soundtracks) 
Soulmates (add as and when they appear)

Optional: 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of second chances (which you can substitute with forgiveness if you have it), adjust to your taste.  I like to use forgiveness of self every now and then as a personal ingredient.
  • Spice - add spices of your choosing.
  • Drama.  Now, I don't personally like this ingredient as, for me, it ruins the flavour, but a lot of people do.  Add liberally or sparingly as per your taste.

Method:

1.     Preheat oven to a moderate temperature - gas mark 5 / 180°C electric oven.

 

2.     In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients by hand or use a mixer, adding some water if you find the mixture too thick.  Once you reach your preferred consistency add the second chances, spice and drama, if you wish.  

 

3.     Pour the mixture into a large non-stick baking tin and bake in the centre of the oven until fully risen, and golden.  For some the bake time may be longer or shorter depending on the life you want.  You'll know when it's ready.

 

4.     Leave to cool, then serve.  Share some with friends and family, take some to work and share with colleagues, or enjoy alone with your favourite activity, or a cup of tea.
